Daniela De Pasquale is partner of La Scala & Associati since 2003 and head of the IT/IP department.

Since her J.D. from the University of Milan in 1992 she has been in the private practice at international level specialising in Intellectual Property Rights (WIPO specialisation course in cooperation with the University of Turin - 2000). She assists clients in both transactional and litigation aspects of Intellectual Property Rights as well as Information Technology and e-commerce related issues. She has outstanding expertise in connection with the management and protection of all Intellectual Property assets. She advises on Patents and Trademarks, Copyright, Unfair Competition and Domain names, Advertising, also in connection with the internet and the other new media. Such expertise is combined with an extensive knowledge of Information Technology related issues, Data Protection and Data Security which represent a significant part of her daily practice.

Daniela frequently publishes articles on IP Law reviews and lectures on IP/IT matters also in the context of international institutions. Within The European Legal Alliance Daniela is Country Liaison Partner with the French Firm Dubarry Le Douarin Veil and member of both the IP and IT Practice groups.

Daniela is admitted to practice in Italy and member of the Bar of Milan. She is also member of the International Bar Association.
