Christian Faggella is partner of La Scala & Associati and head of Finacial Markets Law and Real Estate departments.

He has an extensive experience in the field of purchasing, selling and leasing of all types of real estates, joint ventures, back to back transactions and other operations that involve institutional investors and other financiers, building and tenders contracts. In matter of Financial Markets, Christian practices all the legal and regulatory aspects of financial intermediaries, advising on both the setting up stages as well as during the day-to-day running of the company.

Christian is assistant at Milan Catholic University (course of Law of Economics) and publishes articles in the field of Financial Law; he is an Executive Committee member of the European Legal Alliance and member of both the Property and Banking/Finance Practice Groups.

Christian is admitted to practice in Italy and member of the Bar of Milan. He is also member of the International Bar Association.
