Carlo Emanuele Rossi is a partner of La Scala & Associati and Head of the firm's Corporate, M&A and Commercial Law department.

His practice is devoted to all aspects of corporate legal work and business law issues, including domestic and cross-borders mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; business reorganizations; corporate governance. Emanuele also advises on all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including filings with the Italian agency and representation before courts and agencies in cases of alleged cartels and abuse of dominant position. He counsels Italian and international companies on the establishment of franchising network in Italy, as well as on national and international agency and distributorship agreements. He acts as arbitrator in disputes involving business law.

Emanuele lectures frequently on business and corporate topics and published a number of articles and chapters of book in Italy and abroad on business law topics. Within The European Legal Alliance, Emanuele is Country Liaison Partner with the Spanish Firm Jiménez de Parga and member of both the Corporate and Employment Practice Groups.

Emanuele is admitted to practice in Italy and member of the Bar of Milan. He is also member of the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Italian Franchising Association and Honorary member of the Center for International Legal Studies.
