Property Executions

Our firm has gained considerable skill over the years in the management of real estate and property executions.

The property executions team works mainly for clients from the banking and related sectors in all the various stages of the case, from the preparation of the execution to judicial assistance in hearings, right up to the closure of the expropriation procedure.

We also take care of the work relating to the phases carried out by Notaries Publics and the coordination of correspondents all over Italy.

The property executions department is an observation post over all of Italy because of the wide spread of its work.
