Tax Law

The tax department is staffed by chartered accountants who, in addition to supplying the typical consulting services and fiscal assistance, work alongside the legal departments in all the areas of practice of the firm.

The main areas of work include:

	Ordinary tax advice;
	National and international tax planning;
	Assistance in extraordinary operations (M&A, transfers of branch of business, sales of business) and reorganisations/ restructurings;
	Tax litigation;
	Audits carried out for the purpose of due diligence operations, forensic accounting (verification of administrative or tax fraud carried out to the detriment of the business) and the optimisation of internal control system;
	Administrative assistance and book keeping: Company incorporation and representative offices, administration and accountants maintenance, telematic filing of documentation with authorities, VAT fiscal representation, periodic calculation of VAT;
	Estimates of value and accounting surveys;

In addition to the presence of fiscal advisors and accountants, the department includes a company secretarial services office that guarantees assistance both to the small-medium sized business and multinational groups from the start-up of business to the winding up of the same.
